    I won’t return to this dealership. The service advisor doesn’t communicate and their shop seemed very disorganized. The service advisor didn’t know what was happening with my car on a couple occasions and blamed the tech for not communicating with him. One excuse for a delay was ‘we don’t know where the tech is.’ Expectations were set a couple times for a repair to be completed and the timeframe passed and there was no follow up. I would notice after I called to check on my car I would get an app alert that my car was started so it felt like if I didn’t call the service never would have been completed. The repair wasn’t able to proceed since the hood latch wires were cut. I didn’t cut the wires and the car has only been to Vw dealerships in Olympia and Puyallup. Someone cut the wires but I was stuck with the bill for it. I never received any messages about the hood on my screens before they went black. The whole ordeal waiting for the hood latch, waiting for the install, waiting for the software, waiting for the computer, waiting for the software again seeing my car being moved outside and parked with no activity during the estimated repair windows etc. 26 days for my repair and I still get an error message on the screen about the digital manual.
