Breast Cancer Awareness Month

We were beyond grateful to partner with Carol Milgard Breast Center in Pierce County for another year of Breast Cancer Awareness. This year we set out to beat our fundraising last year by $10,000 and we are super proud to say that because of the support of our customers, employees, community partners, and beyond we knocked it out of the park. In total, $50,184 was fundraised between the entire Harnish Auto Family putting Carol Milgard halfway to their fundraising goal for the month of October! Pet Food Drive with Metro Animal Services

This September we held a promotion, for every vehicle purchased during the month of September we would donate a pet food item to Metro Animal Services to help support their shelter. They work hard at finding the forever home for animals in our community and beyond, and we appreciate all of our customers for coming out to help us support this worthy organization. We were able to fill a full VW beetle full of food!

Volkswagen of Puyallup & The Coffee Oasis

This January 2023 Volkswagen of Puyallup, as a part of the Harnish Auto Family, partnered with Coffee Oasis in Pierce County to help at-risk teens. Coffee Oasis provides shelter and outreach programs for youth 13-25. We partnered with them this January and donated one item off their wish-list for each test drive taken and donated $1 per vehicle repaired through the month. Elizabeth Hoey the Community Development Manager of Coffee Oasis said, “We greatly appreciate your generosity and support of our mission. You are making a difference in the lives of youth. Thank you!”

Welcoming Back Jingle all the Way!

We were so excited to be able to bring back one of our favorite events at the dealership, Jingle all the Way! We love being able to come together to see some fun, decorated VW's and fundraise toys for the holiday season and St. Francis House in Puyallup. We got some unexpected snow this year but still had a great turn out and a great time! Congratulations to our peoples choice winners - the hand painted hippie bus and the wine bus!
