    Within the week, I brought my 2019 Tiguan in for maintenance as well as a check engine diagnostic. I appreciated the service at check in from the We-Owe associate. However, I did not receive any follow up phone call from my advisor. I reached out about six hours after check in for an update regarding any portion of service. There was a code due to my after market camera and they recommended replacing my battery. Completed the repair, had my vehicle within the hour. Following my service, I was hearing a intermittent sound and my daughter and I inspected under the hood. There was a screwdriver left in my windshield, understandable, technicians are human. Unfortunately, my engine cover and fuse box cover are no longer in my engine bay, nor is my undercarriage splash plate. And there were two sites of obvious rodent nesting or collections. Additionally, my windshield washer fluid reservoir is empty. I'm unclear as to whether it wasn't filled or if maybe I have a leak in my windshield washer fluid line, and there were blue stains under the reservoir. I have never been informed from any of my previous services of these issues, there are no notes in any of my previous paperwork. Last year, I was told my rotors were in critical need of replacement, however the paperwork didn't reflect the same and this year after having done no work, there were no comments on rotors; I don't know if they're okay or not. I bring my car in for annual maintenance and am disappointed and disheartened that the team I exclusively trust to service my vehicle either was not forthcoming with me or willing to work efficiently with me to make any plans for repairing or maintaining my vehicle.     I came in to look at a GTI, and found that it was to small for my needs, so I left disappointed, and than I got a text from the sales person that was helping me and was suggested a different model VW, so after taking it for a test drive, we bought it

    My service consultant did a great job of taking me through the entire service lifecycle and provided an accurate estimate of the completion time and projected cost. I've heard numerous negative comments about other Volkswagen service departments in the area. I'm so grateful I bought my Jetta from Volkswagen of Puyallup. Based on my recent appointment, I believe they have an excellent service department. I'm not planning to take my car to anyone else for scheduled maintenance in the future.

    The service was done very quickly, which is why I'm not giving five stars. We were led to believe that it could take hours for our recalls to be done, so we left the vehicle and drove all the way back home, just to be called to come get it ten minutes after getting home. It would have saved us gas money, and time, if we knew we could have just waited.

    The customer service part was fine, it's the maintenance side that I feel needs work. I realize it's hard for a mechanic to care about a vehicle as much as a customer would, that's why I have a hard time bringing it in because my expectations are low and I'm usually correct.
