    Puyallup VW renewed my faith in the brand. Auburn VW almost ruined in. The team at Puyallup VW were transparent, caring, active listeners, and I enjoyed meeting the staff. They got my car in / out timely. I was appreciative of them giving me quotes on future work so I can budget appropriately and they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They showed me around and I got to see some of the new models of my car. It was a great welcome to a new dealership after 30 years of VW ownership. Puyallup VW is a wonderful customer focused dealer and I will be back!

    I leased my 1st vehicle in 2022 at Harnish VW Puyallup Wa. My car person was Ed Siou and he is the BEST ever. That I won’t go anywhere but to Harnish. Just turned in previous lease and leased 2025 VW Jetta keeping my payment $372. Roy was the greatest coordinator ever and so appreciated! My Finance Person was Jordan the Most Awesome finance genius I ever met! This dealership and these 3 people are so awesome I was able to do this all on my own for the 1st time ever! That is trust honesty greatest staff in car industry ever. Please let them know personally they are Rated 100++ from Cindy Foster in a staff meeting!
