I have VW care which is supposed to include tire rotation. Come to find out service dept has not been rotating my tires. Now my front tires are bald. I’m very upset.

Romy, including all the staff who helped us through the process of obtaining our first Volkswagon, were amazing! Romy was personable, transparent, knowledgeable, efficient and made my husband and I feel completely at ease. He answered all our questions and was very customer centric without being overwhelming or pushy which we appreciated. We previously visited 3 other non- Volkswagon dealerships and honestly did not expect to select a Volkswagon, but we are extremely satisfied with our decision.
