The customer service we received from the moment we dropped of our car to pickup after service was amazing. Adam was great and kept communicating with us about our and when it will be ready.

Costumer service was awesome, I was in and out within 2 hours. They kept me updated and after everything was done, they print out a full transcript of what they did.

The service consultant handling the progress of my vehicle was great considering I've brought my Atlas in 3 time in 4 years for the same part going out when it should not be. It's frustrating, for it to keep reoccurring. Seems like we are not finding true problem and are just fixing the symptom. My experience with the process was good however.

Car broke down on the road, Adam Nunes at VW Puyallup provided clear instructions and kept me updated, then followed up after I picked up my car from VW Puyallup. Outstanding service.

there are two issues with our experience. First, neither the dealership not corporate can find a definitive solution to the radio issue. Ou vehicle has been for the radio problem five time (almost 15% of the total time we.ve owned it. This falls directly upon VW of American for not finding and publish a solution for an issue that is well known and well documented. The second issue is with Puyallup VW for not communicating with us. This last time, we only heard from them after I sent a text message or my son called them. The customer should not have to chase them for information. It's a real shame that the issue has reoccurred just seven days after getting out vehicle back.

My appointment was on September 27, 2024, for a 50,000 mile check. I was told my car had two oil leaks but they could not schedule work because the extended warranty I purchased, signed the contract and paid for, on July 31, 2024, “did not show up” on the service computers. In the past three weeks nothing has changed. I have called almost daily and keep being told this should be solved by the finance department. The contract we signed states the warranty is valid as soon as we sign it and we pay. That was done on July 31, 2024. We paid and purchased this warranty through your establishment in good faith. We apparently mistakenly thought you would take care of your customers. The decision to purchase the warranty was not taken lightly, this is a huge amount of our budget. We now have fears that we have lost our money and then what? Why do you recommend your customers to purchase this warranty with a company that clearly is only out for your customers money? Why is no one at Puyallup VW making this right?
