The work was dragged out over a week and there were struggles with communication, such as me filling out the invoice and them reaching out days later to see if I wanted the repairs done. There was also items listed as needing to be done on one report and that they were fine. On another. I ended up taking my car in for a second opinion somewhere else and found out that none of it needed to be done.

The service was awesome and the service writer was very friendly. We were in and out in a matter of minutes.

Communication was non existent. I had to call sales after 15 calls in a row, multiple times, went unanswered. No one returned my messages and I was told I would be reached out to with updates and they never did.

There was very limited communication during the process. Solution was not reached and my car was returned to me filthy!

Jimmy was great- kind and respectful. However, the finance side of things took way too long in my opinion. I waited to speak with the finance lady over an hour and by the time she called me back the dealership had closed. Then I sat with her for almost another hour when it should have taken 15 minutes top. My time is important and so are the employees who had to wait for me to leave. The finance lady was nice, but she needs to cut personal stories out of the signing process because the customer just wants to sign and leave.

Hailey did a great job communicating everything to me, given the circumstances of my SUV. It has a few known issues, for this particular model, however now we have some bigger issues, that shouldn't be happening, especially since the miles are so low. Hailey made sure I had a loaner car as well.

Shawn Yi is an excellent sales consultant! He did everything he could to make trading in my old vehicle (and replacing it with a new one) as easy as it could be. I have 2 small kids and he went above and beyond to accommodate our family and needs. I would recommend him 100%.
