I came in for an oil change and had a nail in my tire and was told nail was in the side wall. Well come to find out I took to a tire shop and it was the tread that the nail was in. So I was almost forced to buy 4 tires when it wasn’t needed. Not cool

The work was dragged out over a week and there were struggles with communication, such as me filling out the invoice and them reaching out days later to see if I wanted the repairs done. There was also items listed as needing to be done on one report and that they were fine. On another. I ended up taking my car in for a second opinion somewhere else and found out that none of it needed to be done.

Communication was non existent. I had to call sales after 15 calls in a row, multiple times, went unanswered. No one returned my messages and I was told I would be reached out to with updates and they never did.
