    My sales rep Jimmy was amazing! He understood my needs and quickly helped me with my purchase. They had the car that I wanted on the lot and in a color that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The manager Says came up and chatted with me which made me feel valued as a customer. This is my third car from this dealership in particular because they always take such good care of me, they make the process smooth, and they get me in and out quickly.

    I was not informed that my vehicle was going by to be kept over night. I dropped my atlas off at 1pm and called and texted just before 5 pm to get an update. I was told that they have not had a chance to look at the vehicle because there was no technician available. I was also told it is understood that dropping your vehicle off at 1pm there’s a chance it will be kept until next day. My family and I were not prepared for not having a vehicle. Had I known this I would have made arrangements to drop off first thing. next day. The two issues I came in for were not resolved since they could not replicate them.
