Everyone in service is great and amazing. They always greet me and escort me to my vehicle afterwards.

I would be giving only 1 star if it weren't for Kyle, he is amazing and very understand. As a service center, I am super disappointed with my overall experience. I have been in at least 3 times to have 1 part fixed. Ordered a USB module for my Tiguan, the first time they sent the wrong part, should have known that BEFORE I came in to give up my Saturday morning. Yellow engine light is on, and still on. First visit couldn't figure what it was, thought it was a burp in the system. They reset the indicator. Light came back on later that day. Back to you to look at it again. I THINK you figured out what was wrong, ordered a part. We will see in a couple of weeks when the part comes in. I think more can be done to understand my situation before I waste countless hours there. So far, not at all impressed with your service center. Except for Kyle, he is very professional.

An oil change appointment was 30 days out. Same with my VW Tiguan which I serviced there a month ago. I had to wait more than 30 days to get an appointment. Dealer claims they have too many clients yet they still charge credit card surcharge. It makes no sense. Either hire more people or stop gauging clients if you are making so much money.
