I was very disappointed by the lack of communication while my vehicle was in for service. Dropped off my Tiguan on Friday at 8:30 and was told we would hear from someone on Saturday. I called and texted with no response. Then got a text that Tiguan was ready on Tuesday. The service rep was very short and rude. Didn’t explain a thing but got really excited about the free car wash. We have never had a problem before.
