    I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. The person that had scheduled my visit had neglected to note the car needed an infotainment software update. The advisor checking me in wasn't certain they could get it done, but I was pleased to find about 30 minutes later that they were indeed performing the update. This was started after my oil change and inspection was completed. The SA then advised me they found an additional software update the car needed, and apologized for the extra time it was taking. I have no issues with them performing things that need to be done, and I had planned my time so it was not a problem for me.

    Amanda was wonderful, she was so easy to work with and I never felt like I was about to get screwed during the process. She was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend Toyota of Puyallup!

    I took my 2023 Atlas in for a recall. I had an appointment, I showed up early and they took my car in early. The person who did my intake greeted me warmly and explained the work they were going to do. They completed the work in less time than they quoted me which made me happy! When finished they provided me with a coupon for a free car wash.

    The work was supposed to be finished the same day, and several days later still hadn't been given any updates. I called and left several messages as well as sending texts and didn't hear back. The work ended up taking two weeks and as soon as I got the car back, the rear inside door handle became stuck and doesn't work anymore. The drivers door handle color doesn't match either.

    Great customer service. We did have to wait four weeks for an appointment so that was discouraging.
