Very disorganized- I wanted to be taken home but they were unsure they could pick me up in a reasonable timeframe. Then the tech didn’t have a lift to work on my car…so they offered to take me home and pick me up at the time that they previously could not commit to. The sheet I got back at the end showed that parts I previously needed to repair were perfectly fine. Also they did not attempt to schedule a recall that my car needs, even after I brought it up.

I received excellent customer service from Adam and Volkswagen of Puyallup. I was informed of the progress they were making with the repairs and given a loaner car. I think that's great considering I didn't even buy the car at this dealership!

I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. The person that had scheduled my visit had neglected to note the car needed an infotainment software update. The advisor checking me in wasn't certain they could get it done, but I was pleased to find about 30 minutes later that they were indeed performing the update. This was started after my oil change and inspection was completed. The SA then advised me they found an additional software update the car needed, and apologized for the extra time it was taking. I have no issues with them performing things that need to be done, and I had planned my time so it was not a problem for me.
