    Originally I was told that parts were not available for the door handle recall, and while also having the software recall performed I was told later in the day that it may not get completed the same day. Later I received a call stating that it was completed, and I was able to pick my car up the same day. After reviewing the work completed I see that the door handle recall was also repaired. Thank you.

    Friendly staff but I was disappointed to find multiple oil drops/smears on my arm rest, door panel, dashboard, and steering wheel. Technicians should have clean hands or new gloves when working with interior. It was very difficult to clean the oil spills, especially on the leather material.

    I dropped the car off on Saturday morning for my appointment. I followed up in the afternoon and was told I’d get a call back. No one called and when I called Sunday morning, I was told by sales that service was closed. I had to have sales set me up with a loaner.

    I was able to send an email to my sales person about a specific car I was interested in. He kept me informed as to when the car would arrive and then was able to do most of the cost out over email

    Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Had questions regarding an upcoming service appt. Could not make phone contact with service to answer my questions. Tried the sales extension and the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Luckily for this dealership I was not inquiring about purchasing a vehicle, only to make contact with someone who could answer my service questions. When I finally did get someone on the phone it was with the parts dept. and this person referred me to service and stated they would call me back. Have not received the return call so I did not show for the service appt. Very disappointing!

    We dropped off our car Thursday night for a Friday morning appointment. Our car ended up being at the dealer for over three days and we weren’t able to pick it up until Monday. Not once were we called to warn that it would take more than that first day, and we ended up having to check in daily and request a loaner car. I feel safe in saying most people do not expect to be without a car for four days for a service appointment. A little communication would have gone a long way in making this a better experience.
