This March, we celebrated Women's History Month at Harnish Auto Family. Women bring a different perspective and skillset that is crucial to the success of our business and we wanted to really recognize the work they do and the unique abilities they bring to the dealerships. Each day we highlighted our women in each department on our social media pages across all 5 of our dealerships and gave them the opportunity to share a little about themselves and what they love about working in the auto industry. We gave our ladies flowers, donuts and manicures over at a local nail salon to celebrate them on International Women's Day, March 8th. It is so important to share the value that these women bring to the dealership, so we also put together a video highlighting our female employees in all the different positions they hold at our dealerships to showcase the possibilities for women in the auto industry.
